Hair loss can affect both men and women of various ages. It can be caused by normal ageing factors, trauma, stress, hormonal reasons or due to Androgenic Alopecia (AGA). In case of hair falling out or thinning, Mesotherapy may be a good option to reverse these problems. This procedure helps to promote stronger hair follicles and a healthy scalp. A combination of special growth vitamins and proteins injected directly to affected areas can help patients to regain their hair and to encourage its growth in the future.
Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive injection technique, where individually selected and active substances are administered directly into the intended area of skin and subcutaneaous region.
When treating hair loss with Mesotherapy, the first and foremost task during the initial 4 weeks into the treatment is to stop the hair from falling out. Once this problem has been improved, we then usually continue further with less intensive sessions, distributed across the following 12 weeks, focusing on new hair growth stimulation.
Most patients report this treatment to be pain free. Nevertheless, every person’s pain threshold is different; hence, this procedure may feel slightly uncomfortable to some patients, and absolutely painless to others. The discomfort level also depends on the area treated, which is however very minimal because of an extremely fine needle used as well as the occasional application of topical anesthetic.
Mesotherapy is a treatment, which uses different injections techniques of various active substances and highly concentrated vitamins in order to tighten and rejuvenate the skin around face and neck, remove cellulite and excess fat, and, to promote healthy scalp for better hair growth.
Vitamin micro molecules that are injected during this procedure treat the malfunction of the hair follicle, and stimulates the support structure for the hair, therefore, boosting natural hair growth, thickening and revitalising damaged hair, and, even assist with fighting dandruff or chronic dryness of the scalp.
We believe in customized repeated treatments in order to achieve desired outcomes.
Anti-ageing results with this treatment are usually noticeable immediately, however, for the best possible and long lasting skin improvement (up to 2 years), we recommend undergoing 4 to 6 Mesotherapy sessions. Treatments can be performed every 3 months all year around.
Like with any treatment, there may be some side effects associated with Mesotherapy, one of the most common ones being bruising. To avoid possible bruising we recommend taking Arnica supplement at least 3 days prior the procedure, in addition, use of ice packs usually help speed up the healing process afterwards. Since Mesotherapy occasionally involves administration of chemicals, there is always some likelihood that patients may develop an allergic reaction or an infection.
Unfortunately, Mesotherapy cannot be performed during pregnancy, however, we can still treat our clients during this precious time, using our proven products and pregnancy safe techniques.
If you have skin issues while you are pregnant, it can be due to hormonal changes within, which, unfortunately, we cannot change. However, we can work with your skin making sure it looks and feels healthier, so that it is in a better shape and ready to be treated postpartum.
Yes, but it depends on your skin condition. It may take up to several treatments to get your skin into its optimal health. We normally advise you to start such treatments a year before the set date, and to have the final treatment 4-6 weeks before the ‘big day’.
As an alternative we would recommend our skin boost treatments, which would require minimum downtime and would achieve your desired results in a shorter span of time.
In order for us to provide you with the best possible service and to achieve the optimal results, we recommend coming in for a consultation, where we will thoroughly examine your skin and assess your unique complexion (your SKIN ID). We will take your full medical history and your lifestyle characteristics into account, in order to establish your key concerns and to ensure that you are advised on the most suitable treatment tailored for your unique skin.
In order to achieve optimal results, we use active ingredients and most advanced techniques. However, it is not unusual for the skin to display slight rosiness or post treatment redness, which will normally diminish within the 48 hours post procedure. It is especially likely for the skin to appear blemished after deep cleanse, when treating acne and heavy congestion.
In the rare event some patients may develop an allergic reaction causing temporary rash, which could last up to several days.
As highly skilled professionals we always want to ensure that our clients get the best possible care and advice prior and post treatment. Therefore, we kindly ask you to fully inform us of your medical history, changes in skin condition, reactions and sensitivity, as well as sun exposure and any medication you are currently taking.
