When the tissue tears, due to rapid growth and over-stretching, it causes formation of linear dermal scars, resulting in visible epidermal changes – stretch marks.
This can happen due to the following reasons:
In our clinic in order to target stretch marks we apply a ‘combination’ technique. For ultimate results in this specific treatment we fuse two advanced technologies of Skin Remodelling and CIT body.
Collagen induction therapy (CIT) microneedling, is an aesthetic procedure that involves repeatedly puncturing the skin with tiny, sterile needles in order to induce tissue remodelling via endogenous production of cutaneous collagen.
To get the benefits of double stimulation of collagen, to improve the blood flow and to help speeding up the post CIT healing process, prior to microneedling we apply THERMIsmooth® radio frequency technology. During this part of the procedure a specially designed hand piece is utilized, which gently heats the surface of the skin, creating dermal heating, to stimulate the process of collagen and elastin growth.
This treatment can be applied on areas such as:
We recommend to start the Anti-stretch marks therapy with 4 to 6 procedure course, and then progress further based on the patient’s unique condition.
